The St. Anthony Boys Tennis team wrapped up a competitive 2026 season marked by close matches, strong tournament showings, and steady growth across the roster.
The Bulldogs earned wins over Robinson, Mt. Zion, Maroa-Forsyth, Newton, Charleston, Mattoon, and Greenville, while several losses came down to narrow 4-5 finishes. The season concluded with a close 5-6 loss to Teutopolis.
In tournament play, St. Anthony placed 4th out of 16 teams at Mattoon, 6th out of 14 at Alton, 4th out of 10 at Sacred Heart-Griffin, and 3rd out of 7 at the Robinson Doubles Tournament.
The team says farewell to seniors Jackson Schultz, Alec Hakman, Drake Brown, and Charlie Hiatt, whose leadership and contributions will be greatly missed. Congratulations to the Bulldogs on a hard-fought season.
