Keegan and Addie Overbeck of the St. Anthony bass fishing team took first place at the Lake Shelbyville ICASST High School Tournament, competing against 81 anglers from 42 teams across Illinois. The sibling duo showcased their skills and teamwork on the water throughout the challenging tournament.
The Overbecks sealed their victory with an impressive weigh-in, reeling in a total of 18 pounds, 5 ounces of bass. Their strong performance throughout the day earned them the top spot on the leaderboard.
In addition to their overall first place finish, Keegan and Addie also claimed Big Bass of the Day honors with a remarkable catch weighing 5 pounds, 12 ounces. This individual achievement highlighted their ability to land trophy-sized fish while maintaining a strong overall performance. The SAHS community congratulates the Overbeck siblings on this outstanding achievement.
