St. Anthony students journeyed to Chicago for the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), the world’s largest engineering and manufacturing exhibition. Led by Mrs. Wenthe, they explored revolutionary technologies like robotic dogs, CNC machinery, and 3D printers, gaining insights into the industry’s future.
During the event, students competed to build a weight-bearing boat using 3D printed parts and foil. St. Anthony showed their resourcefulness, with Elijah Poston winning first place and a 3D printer, and Vincent Vogel securing second place.
